You must be at least 18, or the age required to enter a contract in your country, and have authority to use the target account or profile. Keep your SocialSproutz credentials secure. We never ask for a social-media password. We may require email verification and may suspend access where there is fraud, abuse, unlawful use or a security risk.

We provide the one-time promotional services shown in the catalog. You submit only a public URL, username or other target expressly accepted by the product description. You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage the target and that any content or instruction you provide does not infringe another person’s rights.

SocialSproutz is independent from Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Spotify and other third-party platforms. Their names and marks belong to their owners. We do not promise that a third-party platform will allow, retain or treat a service as compliant, and we do not promise a particular result, ranking, audience, retention level or account outcome. Do not use the service for illegal content, harassment, hate, fraud, fake reviews, click fraud, impersonation, malware, evasion of platform safeguards, or activity that you are not authorised to perform.

Prices are shown in USD as the catalog base price. If you choose TRY, the checkout displays the converted amount and the applied FX rate before payment. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout where configured. Stripe or another configured payment processor handles the payment card transaction; we do not store full card details. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed, subject to fraud, availability and legal checks.

Start times and delivery windows are estimates unless a product expressly says otherwise. Your panel records payment, processing, partial, completed, cancelled and refunded states where applicable. If a service cannot be delivered, we may cancel it, provide a proportionate refund for the undelivered part, or offer an equivalent option with your agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery or retention after completion.

The separate Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. It explains cancellation before processing, non-delivery, partial delivery, user-supplied target errors and any product-specific refill policy. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where you ask us to begin a service during a statutory cancellation period, we may rely on your express request and charge for the proportion performed; where a service is fully performed, any statutory loss of cancellation right will be handled only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may pause or terminate an account or order where necessary to prevent fraud, protect the service, comply with law, respond to a platform restriction or enforce these Terms. We will not use this clause to remove mandatory consumer remedies. Amounts already due and provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill and for losses that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform decisions, account restrictions, lost opportunity or changes outside our reasonable control. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
